•General Information about TIS Communications:

TIS offers great pay and benefits to attract the best possible employees on the market today. All personnel supplied by TIS are full time employees.

TIS utilizes area TIS/Telecom training schools to ensure that all Installation personnel are properly qualified to work on TIS projects.

TIS recognizes Bellcore GR1275 as the standard by which all TIS Technicians are rated.

GR1275 allows for levels 1-4, 4 being the top level, however, TIS employs only levels 2-4.

The new employee evaluation process is as follows. After an employee is hired they are placed with a certified level 4 Lead person for a minimum 3 to 6 months for OTJ skills assessment to determine what level of skills (per GR1275 level qualifications) the employee has. After the assessment period is complete the employee is then rated based on experience and skills as to what level they will be employed by TIS. No employee is ever hired and placed as a Lead/In-charge without going through this process
